Here’s our story:

Co-founder Javier Fuentes is an expert on the regulatory obligations of cryptocurrency exchanges and providers to protect their customers from fraud and scams. He has regularly participated as an expert speaker at industry events, and recently appeared as a crypto fraud specialist on BBC programs such as Watchdog and Rip Off, in addition to testifying before parliamentary committees.
Previously, he held numerous senior management positions in the financial services and crypto-asset sectors, working at the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Financial Complaints Service, Natwest, and technology companies such as Koro and Ophelos, as well as advising blockchain firms.

Co-founder Diego Peña has experience in finance and cryptocurrency, having started out in digital asset investment analysis before joining Rondo Bank. His specialization in Operations has allowed him to work in various areas, such as Lending, Vulnerable Customers and Financial Hardship, as well as the recovery of funds in crypto scams. He later led Business Banking Operations at Monzo.

After observing how many banks and cryptocurrency platforms failed to support scam victims, he founded Reclamacion Financiera in 2020 to help people when they need it most.
